Lagos State Governor, Mr Akinwunmi Ambode is leading other Governors in the poll organised by the African Leadership Magazine to determine Nigeria’s top performing Governor.

The poll, tagged ‘Good Governance Polls for Nigeria’s Top Performing Governor’ started two weeks ago with Ambode maintaining the lead with increased 36.1 percent of the total vote casts.

Anambra State Governor, Willie Obiano is closely trailing Ambode with 25 percent.

The Poll, according to its organisers, was designed by the group as part of its strategic engagement tool to monitor performance and gauge the mood of the electorates in Nigeria in line with its objective of providing credible information and support to leaders in Nigeria and Africa at large.

An overwhelming 35 percent popularity rating for Governor Ambode, among other governors, clearly shows his popularity as he continues to deliver good governance, promoting infrastructural development and people-centred policies that better the lives of the people of Lagos.

Ogun State Governor, Ibikunle Amosun is in the third place with 8.8 percent, while Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike is in the fourth position with 7.9 percent of the total vote casts.

Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai sits in the fifth position with 5 percent, while as at press time, voting is still ongoing and is expected to close in the next four days.

How many people are in Lagos to see whatever is it Ambode is doing? Around 15million

How many people are in Anambra to see what Obiano is doing? Around 7million

based on this Ambode has a better chances of winning any poll even if he is a lame duck governor. Therefore Obiano is actually leading in the poll.

Seriously if Obiano handles the Amount ambode throws
around, Anambra would have been selling power supply to other states by now.

The fact that you put 2 years old Ambode ahead of Fashola, the most productive governors in the history of Nigeria shows clearly that you are either hallucinating off ganja or you are still stranded in your village and have zero idea what you are talking about..


You can not post more than half NL page of Ambode's achievements, but I can post more than 10 full NL pages of Fashola's achievements..


Fashola delivered more infrastructures than all the other 35 states in the Nigeria including the FG combined since 1960.

Fashola faux success just a creation of intense propaganda..I never fell for it because for eight years of I kept tabs on some really important road from VI to Ikeja that where filled with giant pot holes and in 8 years he didn't fix any ..even the Lekki Epe express was tolling project which is one of the greatest scams ever perpetrated by a governor he couldn't complete . In just a year Ambode has made Lagos safer cleaner and has fixed all the bads road I used to monitor and is even trying to complete the Lekki Epe road Fashola couldn't complete . I am sure you even stay in Ibadan so you rely on media propaganda. ..Even Lagos PDP have come out to applaud Mr Ambode over his performance ..if Ambode is sent to the power ministry today we will begin to see results I believe
