The good and bad of the programme are equal. In other words, as long as the programme continues, the youths not captured in the programme of ND region whether they are militants or not are going to be restive and other regions copying it

Are ones that graduated from Singapore and the trained welders also "rich guy's" children. I know these opportunities are always sold out but that's not to say some don't have these opportunities. The essence is for these militants to see there is a better way.
