Hey nairalanders most of u have been looking for so many ways to download YouTube videos on ur phone,some people have tried several applications but they don't seem to get it right but with this method u cannot go wrong
Just follow the few steps below-here I am using my browser which is opera browser:-
1)just open ur browser enter the website address above-www.youtube.com

2)search for the video u want to download by entering the name of the video in the search box then click on the search button

3)when it loads click on the video u want to download

4)then scroll up, in between the YOU and the TUBE type the keyword "MAGIC" then press enter

5)it will take u to another webpage where u will see download video in a box click on it then go below u will see the video in different format ,click on the video format u want ,u can even download it in an audio format

The size of the video u want to download varies by the format u want e.g if u want the video in 720p the size will be larger than the same video in 480p(webm) or 360p(mp4) or 3gp


6)then u will see click here to start download-click on it

Immediately u will see a pop up click download or save button

Immediately the video starts downloading u can check it on ur notification panel

Another easy way is to just add "ss" before "youtube" the address.
eg: original: https://m.youtube.com/watch
Modified: https://m.ssyoutube.com/watch

Use tube mate application...much more easy than all those above described

I have a better and easier method... No need to go to youtube sef or redirecting here and there.. Using any browser, UC browser preferably.

Just...
1 Google the video title
2 click video tab on the search result page
3 touch and hold the video thumbnail and a drop down menu comes up
4 select copy video url
5 open new tab and go to savefrom.net
6 paste ur copied url in the search box and tap the search/ > button
7 your video thumbnail will show up and....

There u go, download whatever quality u wish.

Guy, thanks. I just went through the process and it worked.

Lessons learnt. All the songs i ever wanted will now be mine straight up.

I am saving on mp3 though because its basically the songs that i want not the video per se.

yes u can download any YouTube video in mp3 format dat makes it amazing

You get mouth finish. You have just saved me some useful data. A 10mb video will take 20mb onTubemate
