Ex: your profile summary when applying for a job at shell should state that you have a B.Eng and would love to be a part of "shell",same with cover letters allow the HR see that you actually took out time to draft that doc for that particular purpose, my 2cents though. Got this from a HR friend and believe me its fetching me more invites compared to my old pattern, na Interview my story dey funny one kind, but im positive though.
