Greetings. Please, Read through this writeUp!!! Note:Giving rough estimate most time scared clients away. The best is the clients to identified the type of roofing sheets they intend to use, an average cost they intend to spend on roofing projects, these will guide us both for the kind of wood work to be done, either for METCOPO, STONE COATED, LONGSPAN OR STEPTILES. Because, what finished Mr A building may not equal to what may finished yours. Every building has its own unique roof plan and also the height at which the carcass goes affects to determined the cost. The higher the kingspost, the higher cost for every single materials. I dont do wood work, but i can give you good carpenters. We only do estimate by getting the quantities of materials required by coming to the site for Physical Measurement.....( we sale and install roofing sheets)When wood work has been done IF you have roof plan for your house, your architect can give you estimates of roofing sheets to be used. Factory is based in Lagos 2. We supply/Work throughout the Nigeria 3. Our work is excluding carcass/wood work 4. If you want to use our Aluminium products, Call us when or after your wood work 5. Using our installers/products, Client's will fuel the transport fare of the installer to your site location for proper Measurements 6. When the Client buy our products, We shall refund 100% cost of transport for the measurement above (Installer took the measurement) 7. Range cost for freight/carriage of Aluminium roof From Lagos to ( Loading of Aluminium made to site); a. Benin, Edo state is 40k to 50k, depending on the quantity of the roof b. Warri, Delta state is 46K to 60k, c. Iloring, Kwara state is 40K to 50K d. Ibadan, Oyo state is 35k to 45K or Less e. Ondo, Ondo state is 40K to 50K f. Logistics withing Lagos 15k to 25K, depending on quantity and length. 8. Movement of Aluminium Products from the Factory is withing 6:30pm to 7:30pm(because of its long length) 9. If Client make payment in the Morning, the product will reach his/her site at 9t or Next day Morning (Lagos and environs) other states we move in the evening and reach early morning Next day. 10. Cost of Installation depend on wood work design, height/slopes and Building area 11. We will give cost of installation in some of our work Next 12. days of Installation: 2 to 3 days 13. Coil brand Name, Bozac Coil 14. Durability and stability: Very stable to Climates 15. Various Aluminium products are as follow a. Metrocopo b. Steptile c. Our finished work in Benin city, Edo state.... as at 08/08/2016 using Metrocopo 0.55mm grey Black Cladding and ceiling is butter color 0.45mm. 423sqm Transport to Benin is 45k work manship was 70k
