I plugged my. Fone at about 4am this morning and when I went to check it later around 5 it refused turning on till now, its dead cold, tried a factory reset and it still isn't coming up

Please what culd be wrong and how much can I fix it.

but nowadays I noticed that it adds 1 percent after a whopping 8 to 10mins of charging, so slow and frustrating, now I didn't know whether to blame phone or charger, I decided to borrow an original infinix charger and it refused to flash charge, but however it did add a one percent charge every 2 mins.... Which is not preferable but not what it should be,

So my question guys is, where is the fault from? Phone or charger?

You need to change your charging port. its not from your charger since you have tried using original infinix charger..

Bro am currently going through this same ish. It took my phone over 9+ hours to get to 100%, this infinix slow charge is really frustrating

Change your charger or cord..

As regard the charging, you should check if you are actually using the Infinix follow come charger or the charging port might be faulty. The softkeys not working, its likely you will need a touchpad replacement.

Despite changing the cord and using anoda charger to charge it, it take almost 15 mins or beyond to got one percent and the problem still persisting........

Take your phone to a competent technician or better still if its still under warranty take it to any Calcare center around you. they will help you fix a new charging port..

Am really tired with this hote note, even though am really enjoying it just that it either going to have a ba3 problem or charging port issue



Have changed my ba3 cause it got swollen..Thank God I got the original one and it was fixed immediately that same day...same also with the charging port the flash charge was doing like that before change it with 4k

now the issue of this charging flex has started again after 3month just disgusting


planning to change my soon when the cash dey ready... buh when you want to change it,you will get it immediately sha cos they don't even have to loose all the part of the phone before them fix am is the person very careful enough.But if it in Carl care you may not get it immediately oooo

Thank u boss, I charged it ds morning and to moi wildest dream, the flash charging showed up which make it charged at 100 percent before two hours time (just as its usual best)... So I don't knw if I should be charging moi phone anytime moi battery is almost down because seems dats d life line for now

Yeah at Carl care, if you are still covered with warranty, oh WOuld cost u 7.500 which is half if what u were meant to pay, this is because they'll have to change the full flex I. E the port and it's connector "the lower panel" and you can get it back that same day, also for those complaining about slow charge, it's your charging port it's gone bad, the port is not strong enough to with hold hazards, by forcefully pulling out your charger or plugging it into the port can easily get it damaged thereby resulting to slow charge, this is because the USB port is not soldered to the mother board directly but connected through a flex to its main board that's why it's not durable and spoils quick, so a piece of advice : all infinix phones are handle with care.

Hope this helps Alot of people out there with the same problem I had sometimes ago before I visited their service center at Kano, very furious and accused them of producing inferior products and they brought me in, and showed me everything practically, then I knew I was the cause.

Please, is there a way to change the battery of this infinix note? My hundred percentage usually drains back to 86% without usage. The 86% won't even last for 4hours with or without usage. I have factory rest it thinking its one app draining the battery but no changes.
