It's now taking so long to charge.. I've been charging for 3 straight hours now and it's still just 19 percent.
And I'm making use of the original (follow come) charger.

Please someone should help me on this issue.

Buy a USB Type C cable so you have 2 cables. The phone selectes cables sometimes. You're advised to keep the original cable coz its best for flashing the device and data transfer between PC and phone. Again after some weeks (just like in my case) you'll discover that the old cable charges faster than the new cable. GIONEE.

u could have add "at ur owned risk". I once root my m3 with king root. the process didn't complete, so I end up not being able to used some app. like... play store, YouTube, Gmail etc! the only solution was to take d phone to gionee office!!!

Myself and 2 of my friends having the same problem. You are facing a slow charging problem now, Very soon, it will only show charging and the % will not increase. Am a gionee fan but splus have charging issues. I now charge with a desktop charger

There was this post I saw, but can't remember exactly where, the post talked about an accessory that can be plugged into the charging port of gionee S plus so that u can use other USB that are not type-c on the device. that's u can use techno or BB charger with the help of the thing. pls somebody here should remind us n let us know how much is it.
