bejeiodus: "Unity of purpose at the very top" in order to share the loot and enslave the citizenery further. Since the days of Balewa/Azikiwe, what has their unity of purpose achieved for Nigeria except deprivation ? Several decades after independence, we lack a steady power supply, security, good roads, sound health and functional educational system. A sectional military imposed a constitution on the country everybody swallowed it hook, line and sinker. Many of the leaders are richer than some states. Legally, Nigeria as a country died in december 2014 and none of them thinks a mutual re-negotiation is imperative. Nigeria needs deliverance from tribal and religious bondage. At His own time, the God that tore the kingdom of Israel into two from king Rehoboam will tear Nigeria into shreds. The likes of Adaka Boro, Dimka and Gideon Orkar will rise and succeed. Its only a matter of time. 2 Likes |

Dragonking: Bro, I sorry for you. See how you are insulting your people Online and making the people who want your people to be insulted, happy. See how that guy is happy. Can he try it with his tribe. Bro if you ain't Supporting Their Agitation , no body would do you anything. The person who threatened you was only bluffing, and you know that, but why do you choose to say these to your brethren And making others happy? Ain't a good scenario to be sincere. 3 Likes |

GEJ was a president of the British colony, and as such, typically would not go public with wanting to divide that nation. But come on folks, how many politicians mean what they say? Even pharaoh said the Hebrews should go, but didn't mean it. 2 Likes |

As usual nothing less has come out of the Ijaw man with regards to the stand of most Niger Deltans. It still baffles me why Igbos are the ones championing secession and even trying to force it down the throat of Niger Deltans. Very shameful if I may say. |

Abagworo: Which Igbo are forcing it down? Last I checked those who actually are taking up arms are those from the so-called "south-south", I.e. Avengers and MEND. Politically, is it not Ekiti governor and Rivers governor fighting the FG? Not even APGA. What is shameful is you continue to call yourself a Ni.gga arean after how many years....what is shameful is the Olympic team almost went to Brazil broke, what is shameful is your currency that is dropping like a girl's Nyash dancing on the dance floor. What is shameful is bringing back a coupist to lead you guys, and see him go to London for common ear infection... And of course, what is really shameful is seeing the amount of women going abroad with all their so-called wealth to give birth for blue passport, because they know being a Nigerian is worthless. 7 Likes |

Nigeria in its present state is surely not working. The present crop of occupants of Aso Rock can not make it work with their 'we and them mentality'. A president who contested four times for the office, with some die hard supporters from ALL geo political zones in Nigeria, but could not trust ANY ONE person for a prerogative appointment from a geo political zone is not worthy to preach one Nigeria. If not for the mandatory constitutional requirements, no person would have been appointed to the cabinet of Mr President from the SE, but Ogbonnaya Onu and co have been with him in all his political metamorphosis. The SE has lost a sense of belonging in this leadership. |

Same you claim the Igbos lack relevance, same you cannot make a statement without mentioning Igbo, hhhmmmm I think we should give it to them to be the most relevant & important ethnic group or leave them alone |

I agree with the response from my brothers in blood. The world don't need 7 men that could jump 1m each but one man that could juml 7m. population is outta it but strength and management. |

If we should continue with these ethnic incitements this country will definitely divide and it might be bloodier than the Bosnian affair it will take time but it will happen . The fact that you happen to enjoy political privileges don't mean you have to gloat and make other regions feel alienated. The fact that you are are sidelined doesn't mean you have to moan and curse. Am so sad right now about the hateful feelings being bred in our hearts, cos it will lead us to a collective doom. Thank u all 1 Like 1 Share |

Beremx: If I may ask, is there any so-called IPOB on Nairaland more useless and toutish than the person you quoted? So many people really need mirror. Someone that is reconfigured by and embedded in tribalism and bigotry calls someone miscreant and your reply didn't see nor recognize the worst in him but those he choose to denigrate. If you care to know every Igbo who refuses to agree with APC and support Buhari is addressed as IPOB |
