Nobody who has had the good fortune of leading this country will ever pray for its balkanization. There is unity of purpose at the very top. Jonathan holds the same view as every other leader who had led this country. His five years in office was an opportune time to address some of the imbalances but he scoffed at every attempt to restructure the country.
