For those that have attempted the Deloitte aptitude test kindly give an insight into how the test is organised, like how many questions, how many hours, is it simple or it is a bit complex and I will appreciate if I can get a direction of how to get to the address Civic Tower, Plot G.A 1, Ozumba Mbadiwe Avenue, V.I Lagos from Ojota.

I applied too but i didn't get an invite for the test, it seems that most invited candidates are all qualified acca/ican members because that is the only criteria that i am working towards as acca student.
Oh well am very optimistic that we will nail it next time... just have to keep trying.

I have some information for those of you doing your aptitude test next week.

Well, the test is basically GMAT format.

Study GMAT thoroughly like Data Sufficiency, Quantitative reasoning, Verbal comprehension because that is what I did in the test I took some months ago in April.

D test consist of 2 sections: obj and essay

D objectives were 50 questions comprising 30 general maths and 20 English- 2 comprehension passages and general english language questions

D essay topics were 2, u will write an essay only on a preferred topic amongst the two. Prepare for likely topics such as 
(1) where do you see yourself in the next 5 years? How will you get there ?
‎ (2) what can you offer to the company after you have been employed?
3) What was your greatest disappointment in life and how you handled d situation among other questions etc

The whole aptitude test is 60 minutes. You are not allowed to use calculator for d quantitative aspect.

So u must be extra fast to finish d obj and essay within d time frame.

I wish you all God's best in your test.

Try and board a BRT from Ojota Station to CMS or TBS wc is d last stop.
From CMS or TBS, you will easily get a Bus or Napep to Victoria Island directly. Tell the driver the exact place you are going to in VI so he can assist you in getting there.

On another note those whose wrote the test without the calculator, am very familiar with the data sufficiency, type gmat question from the gmat book, however how would you rate the level of arithmetic in deloitte test because with the gmat/gre test a calculator is allowed but you still need to be familiar with ur mental arithmetic to be my email... able to work faster...
So how would you rate the arithmetric difficulty in deloitte's test that doesnt require a calculator. Easy medium or hard in terms of percentages, ratios, geometry, algebra, data interpretation.

Not at all... I don't have ICAN or ACCA...Most people I met didn't have either. I don't think that's a criterion.
