I wrote the 2016 WAEC exams and I credited all my subjects except Maths [I don't necessarily need it cos I want to study English and Literary studies].

But to my chagrin,my Literature-in-English result displayed OUTSTANDING. Please when will my result be released?

I initially thought it meant I did excellent since Literature is my best subject and i'm kinda genius in it.

Please reply with helpful answers,when usually are these OUTSTANDING stuff released?

Eng and Lit don't need Maths... But sha they will release your result very soon. it is being remarked.... Had is been it was withheld, Forget about it, but since it is Outstanding, I shall be released..

Hi Bro, don't worry too much, it will be released soon.
I had outstanding in Physics and when it was released in December of that year, I got B2 or B3 (Can't remember precisely, it's 10 years already ). Although, it can be difficult but just hang in there.
In addition, you should pray, it will be a good grade once it's released.

it will be released toward September or November b4 d year runs out it happened 2 me last year so just b patient and it gonna b a gwd grade

And I have bought and completed the admission screening form of my choice university. I'm actually worried by this phenomena.

It'll be released but time is the problem. Mine was released 3 years after

You dont need maths? I thought Maths and English is still compulsory.

Outstanding means they're probably still working on your script. I got 2outstandings in my result in 2011, Geography and Biology. They were released about a month after with B2 in geography and C5 in biology

It means your result for that subject has not yet been released due to some reason. I had the same notification on my result back in year 2000, but it was released 2 months later.

If you don't need MTH , why are you worried ?

No need to call the attention, just go ahead with your life and checkback in a few weeks

In the past , it means unusually high scores in your centre and they are deciding on the results

They are suspecting that you did ecam padding. As soon as they are sure that you didn't pad the paper, they will release it

Bro enrol for GCE, waiting for WAEC to release the outstanding result is like waiting for the day a new born baby will start talking.

I had similar experience in NECO since 2000, but when the original certificate came out i discovered that the subject was also missing so no mark for me there.
