The Role
Lord Raah Homes are looking to recruit new sales and leasing consultants for our brand new office. Your role as a Sales Consultant is to actively source new business and to develop and maintain existing clients. Everything we practice is in line with the rules and regulations of NIESV and REDAN, the governing body of real estate in Nigeria.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Actively promote the companies services
- Lease and Sell property•
- Maintain regular contact with Developers, landlords, investors, tenants and owners to find new opportunities and assess existing ones
- Attend property viewings with prospective buyers and tenants
- Keep up to date with Nigerian Real Estate market, property laws, competitors and marketing activities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Achieve sales targets set by the company

Typical office hours are 9am till 5pm.
Requirements
- Excellent English and communication skills.
- Copy Valid Driver’s License, National I.D, International Passport, or Voters card
- Previous sales experience preferred but not essential.
- Negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated and goal orientated.
- A passion to succeed.
- Ability to communicate in other languages will be an additional bonus.
- Must be able to support yourself financially if relocating.
