3. 1 bottle sterilite(1 litre), for baby, i first tot they meant steril feeding bottle, but when i saw (1 litre) i was confused, is there anytin called sterilite?
4. 2 vest 4 dresses, abeg wat is d difference btw d two?
5. 1 RPL menthylated spirit, is RPL a brand name?

1- savlon antiseptic
2- nightingale sanitary towel it's in a blue pack of 5 pieces it's to put underneath you to absorb all fluid you may leak out.
3- a sterile container
4- vest is usually worn underneath the regular clothes
Note it's preferable to buy a vest with a butterfly neck than the one with just ordinary neck.

5- spirit for cleaning cord

I went to visit a friend that put to bed here recently. While the baby is in the hospital, the hospital provides everything you need so all they wore on the baby was a kimono top, diapers, socks, a hat and swaddled him in a blanket. My friend felt the room was too cold and complained to the pediatrician that came to give counseling but the doctor assured us the room temp and baby's get up was ok.
I think babies cry when they are hot abi? It might be better to keep them covered up at night but minimal clothing during the day..... Naija is hot mehn.

So i decided to conduct an experiment and tried using AC for my boy all through today and it was like a dream come true. He slept longer than he used to. He slept soundly and didnt even wake up despite the noise in the environment. He was just so relaxed. Wow.
That means heat has been contributing to his restlessness sometimes. Na wa

@ omoNwa, thank you so much for your advice @omojudy, thank you the pregnancy was 8wks,i and DH have resolved to wait for 2yrs ,the only issue is he does not want me to take pills or injection,he is talking of natural family planning which iam not comfortable with because iam very fertile and i conceive very easily.

Congrats evamum...I was really eyeing 8/8 but bae no gree come yet. May your recovery be fast and may God protect your LO.

1. Must be a typo, maybe gallon.
2. Nightingale is used to lay on the bed so you don't stain the bed sheet when your water breaks or you bleed. It's disposable.
3. Sterilite is most likely Jik.
4. Vest-----bodysuit. Dresses na clothes : shorts, shirts, sleepsuits etc
4. Just buy methylated spirit, if they don't like it, they can drink it.
Still confirm though.
And tell them they should review the list, how long will it take to type and edit?

I heard it does. Don't know how true it is.
Clean the whole areola but focus on the tips since the areola isn't as crackly

Maybe you should find a specialist, if you can carry the baby to like 28 weeks, then straight to incubator.
Since it happened 4 years ago, you should be able to try again.
The miscarriage is it related to the state of your uterus.
I hope the hospital paid for this gross negligence?










Just an afterthought, we need to start suing these Doctors for toying with our lives and those of our kids. Maybe when their license gets invoked, their hospitals shut down, their names dragged in the mud, they will learn to take time with us!

This is the second time I am hearing this, I know someone whose uterus ruptured and the baby and the contents of uterus actually poured out into her, she said the baby was pulled from under her chest. Almost 12 years later, she is still battling with so many health issues.
When women start winning 10-100million Naira court cases, they will sit up and do their job well. and only then will maternal-child loss really reduce.
