I don't know what your travel date is but I found this on Expedia. One way trip, JFK to ORD, Wednesday, August 17th, 1 adult and 1 three year old. Go on the site, enter your dates and other info, it'll show you everything you need. This is the cheapest though. Hope the attachment is clear enough.

Thanks a lot YoungMetros. im traveling on the 4th of September and this is the cheapest. I read somewhere on this forum that it gets more expensive as it gets closer to the date. Ive bought it like that before it gets more expensive. I used expedia.

Yes you can. I think u will add supporting documents like letter from your doctor etc and they will consider ur case b4 approving it. You can do that from the appointment confirmation page too

Hallo maamas and papas, for those of us playing the waiting game, I recommend u watch this documentary 'The business of being born' done by TV show host Ricky Lake. It an eye opener to what happens during child birth at hospitals in d US.
It would equip u enough to avoid being boxed into d corner to have an influenced delivery against ur will if no complications- after all it's business as usual for the doctors and hospitals anyways.
Just watched it now on Netflix- totally recommend it

You don't have to wait for one week before going to collect your child's birth certificate. You had your baby in fort bend county , simply go to their website and check if baby's birth certificate is ready. Mine was ready in about 24hrs after submission and one week after then, it was already on its way to obtaining Naija visa from T anko.
You don't have to go with baby to collect birth cert. Hope you v booked appointment with passport office so you don't have to wait for long for a closer date. Anyways, end of August is still far.

3. Select the ground for Emmergency request (Medical etc)

4. You would be provided a column to explain your reason for the request and attach documents to support your claim.

Thanks for your reply. I've tried using my master card before but PayPal is saying I can't select card(going through firstbank online platform). Used dormiciliary account for the transaction that was cancelled.

I applied for expedited interview ... I told them my doctor advised me to travel at most 30 weeks because of my health conditions as well . And they replied me that same day and gave me appointment for 5 days later . Try ur luck

Your bank statement for the past 3 months. Simply do a continuous scan so it can be one document.
