I think it is high time nairaland incorporates a verification system for members and registeration of new members. Whether na BVN or National ID. At least make those 14 year olds decease but most importantly to reduce this high level of scam activity. It's actually at an alarming rate now. It's a daily occurrence. Nairaland is like a big city, so these are the ones we are seeing and hearing about here in the biz section/tech. Goes on it properties, autos, phones, agric, and so many sections.
Just take a look at the number of members now and come back tomorrow to check. Like 500 new members fit don join. Same daily.

Even if it means finding a way to bring together as much as possible those who have proof that they have been scammed by this very Emmanuel over the past couple of years abi na decade now. I'm sure if you approach banks with proof from 20 different people pointing to a particular account as red flag, an investigation will be done and access can be granted into the full activities of that person, including his BVN and bank staff that have probably been aiding him. That's my fear.. He has been on nairaland before now.. He knows how the system works but the more he tries to prove he's genuine, the more ingenuine he becomes.

Now from all indications, I have reasons to believe that Exchanger101 is a potential scammer trying to blend in and gain people's trust before he strikes. Though I've got no concrete evidence to backup my claim.

So I still advise extreme caution to anyone willing to go into any deal with him now or In the nearest future.
