Upgrading means increasing its size probably by adding another RAM to ur device or changing the existing one to a much higher sized one. And this can only be done by an engr to avoid complications.

Please my system was formatted and reloaded with windows 7 while it was previously using windows 7 starter which was how it was when I bought it brand new.
Now after it was loaded with windows 7 I noticed all the utilities like WiFi, Bluetooth, webcam are nowhere to be found. The system is also lagging. Please how can I reinstall the windows 7 starter so that the WiFi, Bluetooth and webcam can be used?
All the F keys are working for something else. I can't change alphabets to upper case as the caps is not recognised again though it is working. Seems something is wrong with the windows installed.
I also noticed that the number keys are only displaying the alpha numeric instead of numbers. Please help me
It is a Packard bell mini laptop. I just don't get the windows installed.

Try this 1
1) When you switch ON your computer, start tapping the "F8" key to get
"Windows Advanced Options"( if boot menu appears, press "Esc" key and
keep tapping the F8 key)
2) Select the option "Last Known Good Configuration".
If the problem still exists then follow the step 1 and this time select the option
"Safe Mode". Check if you are able to boot into Safe Mode.

Upgrading the RAM is a very simple process. Some laptop's have specific screw slots, while others you have to unscrew the whole casing.
Armed with the right screwdriver(to avoid excessive threading). Take off the screws, remove the RAM, and buy a like 4 like replacement(higher capacity than yours).
Then insert. Easy has eating DODO, KPOMO & EWA AGANYI.................
