this happened last 2 yrs december tho so i decided to share my experience with my fellow nairalanders
on a fateful saturday morning,i decided to accompany my boo boo[mumsy] to lagos island for our routine xmas shopping,mumsi woke me up on time 2 start preparing cos my make up takes like 2hrs,then b4 i finally decide on which cloth to wear,12 for don knack....while mumsi was waiting for me to finish with my preparations,she fortified herself with tea and bread for the stressful journey ahead
my mind was telling me to eat buh i waved the idea aside and decided 2 embark on the journey on an empty stomach.

fast forward 2 when we have reached lagos island{balogun market} ,after walking around for hours looking for things to buy with the enormous crowd and the pushing and struggling,i was already seeing stars and all sort of angels ...cos mumsi likes pricing things well b4 buying which is very annoying..
i was standing along d road with her pricing an item when a yoruba gal walked by with a bunch of umbrellas she bought almost blinding my mother with the sharp pointed edge,mumsi complained buh d gal didnt apologize,she kept on walking...NOTE:my mind was nt there cos i was imagining myself at home eating...so mumsi was complaining 2 the man she was buying from and nt me ooo
i overheard d convo and one spirit tld me 2 move and i did...i followd d gal n shoved her abruptly...as this was going on mumsi didnt notice dt i have left her side,it was wen she saw pple gathering infront and saw me there,that she left everything

i was already exchanging words with the gal {using big words that she doesnt understand on her} ,i accused her of been rude and was supposed to apologise 2 my mum
the gal threatened 2 beat me up...now on a normal day,that gal can beat me blue and black,as in thorough beating cos she senior me wella...
the only thing that scared her was my height{6.1} and the guts with whch i was talking,pple were already begging me 2 leave her including mumsi
to cut the story short,it was God that saved me that day cos i didnt eat that morning,yet i went 2 look for trouble..dt gal for kee mi that day
lastly,mumsi was proud in a way cos her daughter was willing to fight for her right.,
lesson:dnt dare fight on an empty stomach

That's too harsh my guy lol... Op your story need sum padding to sweet small.. All those people posting events here pad them with little lie. Now I'm waiting for the padded version ;-)..

Cindy confess, you were already rag dolled on the floor, if not for timely intervention you would have ate dirt from inside the gutter. I saw it all. Next time eat well before you start a fight.
