Although we chat/call everyday & he even told me how much he loves me but every time I asked him if we cud fix our relationship., he will either ignore my question or he will juz say I'm his friend...

in my opinion. 1- he has a girlfriend he doesn't wanna cheat on or 2- he as no romantic feelings for you and if u ever attempt to force him into u.it will go down to be a story of "he used & dumped me" .
