Should one add the raw meat into the stew or boil the meat and add it to the pepper and cook?
Thanks

Just add the meat like that to the soup before it even boil. The trick is for the water that would have come out if you boil the meat separate to fuse with the soup.

Just add it as soon as you start boiling the pepper. No need to pre boil the meat.

1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar.
I only used one cup of sugar .
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs
1 1/2 cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
2 cups all purpose flour
3 cups oat meal. ( blend it so as to make it smooth).

Mix your sugar and butter( mix for like 10 mins if using hand.)
Add your eggs. One at a time.
Add your vanilla
Add your cinnamon
In another bowl, mix your flour, salt and baking soda.
Now add them to the sugar and butter mixture.
Add your oat meal. Keep mixing until everything is well combined.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Roll with your hand into a walnut size
Flatten with fork dipped in sugar
Bake 375 degree Fahrenheit. I guess that's 175 degree Celsius.
Bake for 8 to 10 mins.

No it won't. A good way to know when it's done is when the meat starts been pronounced in the pot with the pepper sticking to it. I'm telling you, i you do it right, it's the best thing since fried rice.

Ok, let me give you directions:

When you come out of your house, turn left, follow the road till the end, take a left turn, in 300 yards take the 3rd exit of the roundabout and the left when you get to the traffick lights.

At the end of the road, you will come to a jetty, take the canoe painted green moored to your right and row for 5 nautical miles till you get to the other side. Walk in a straight line perpendicular to the river bank and in 1 mile you will see a blue house to the left. Knock on the gate and you have reached your destination... grin

Quickly oh as e be like say i don dey see the "made in china" wey dem write on top the plate!

Kemi

Hello. I am a Botany student of Delta State University Abraka. I did a course (Plant Breeding) in school... I was given an intro on GMO.

Genetically modified plants provides higher yield, disease and pest resistant, improved quality and elimination of toxic substances in plant crops.

I think Nigerians should embrace GM plants as it will help feed our increased population and help curb food crisis in nature.

The biosafety bill was passed on the 20th of April 2015, to prove a legal framework to check the activities of modern biotechnology in Nigeria.

Just a suggestion- try and google up some plating techniques which you can begin to use when serving your meals generally. It'll help enhance your business as a whole.

As for those pots they've just got to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In Lagos market there are some cheap but dainty/pretty pots which you can purchase for serving meals when catering to small parties.

*whew* feel better that it's all out now grin
