The "free" does not mean "at no cost". It rather means that "you are free to bail a suspect no matter the crime he committed so far u have ur money on".

Is it just me or has the MODS on Nairaland lost the grip on their job descrition. Rubbish posts making it to FP, while informative ones don't. It's either the MODS now put trash from friends and relatives on the FP or there actually isn't news worthy posts on Nairaland. I see lots of junks here.
