But why have we Nigerians sheepishly led ourselves like a cow to the slaughter slab of our political, social and religious heads? Why? why? and Why?

The bride's mom is likely an Hajia who has toured the holy ground many times and who knows the pillar of Islam and the Quran like ABCD. But how could she permit her daughter to shame Islam like this (** This is likely the question some aficionado, extremist and parochial muslim brothers and sisters might be asking in the minds**).

But no, these so called elders didnt just put some chain on our necks, they didnt just hypnotize us, we only through our narrow-mindedness led ourselves into their coffers.

But is there anything bad in the way the bride dressed? NO,NO and NO. This is a decent lovely bride who has dressed very beautifully and attractively; all to the desire and appeal of her husband, the groom.

If some caged mind is somewhere beating himself up about the damage this lady,her Hajia mother and her Alhaji Father have done to the face of ISLAM, then, I have only one remedy for them; BE LIBERATED, BE FREE.
