thanks for your reply. You are suggesting 20/30% interest.

You are fighting for 2 handles that got banned but some of us here are fighting against scam

What I have chosen to "fight for " is more than 2 monikers and I am not ready to let anything slide.

People have gotten scammed here because they thought who they were dealing with was legit, you came in the thick of all the happenings.

You only lost 25k, someone here had lost 400k this year to a new moniker.

That you proved to dragnet that you are real and he lifted your ban doesn't give you any right whatsoever to come on here to attack or insult anyone.

Usually, one would apologize for the hasty label of scam but you lost that privilege by spewing so much insults

Just learn how it works here #WatchAndLearn

Note, I get plenty energy for wahala, if yoy quote me with an insult, I'll use some of my wahala energy on you

#Peace

BTW dragnet, I want to believe the ban you lifted wad cos exchanger101 met some criteria and is anything goes wrong, we can reference this?

You didnt apologize to me, instead you added more insults which i chose to ignore cause my #52k piman01 took still dey pepper me. I am not against your scamwatch, but don't be in a haste to label, i am a victim of both and i can tell you they both hurt alike, infact i can say it was in a bid to prove i was no scam that made me send first to piman01 and got scammed instead. There is a right way to do this.... Good morning.

yeah i know.

120k X 10 month = 1.2m which means the interest is 200k i.e 20%

130k X 10 month = 1.3m which means interest is 300k i.e 30%.

My question now is; can banks or any individual offer 30% interest rate on 1m ? Isnt 30% low on 1m that will be paid back within 10 month and you know ppl dont keep to agreement and might not be able to pay monthly. Tho he has a house worth over 5m as collateral.

Help pls. I need more advice.

Hello,
I think before you decide to put down your #1m, you need to assess the business (if its a business) you are investing into.
Does the business need this #1m?
Can the business truly pay the #1M back within 10 months with interest?

If the answers to those questions above are yes, you may then begin to worry about what interest rate to charge.
I must say that whatever interest rate you want to charge should be reasonable and fair to the guy you want to lend the money to so he doesn't get overwhelmed from repaying the loan

For the records, the shorter the loan period, the lower the interest paid, dont expect 30% on 10 month loan and no bank will give you 30% on #1m for 10 months because their rate is annual so whatever rates they give you will be 10/12*rate

If you want, I could help you assess the business and see how much the business(if its a business) really needs

Yes that's fair considering the economic situation in the country, and banks can't give you that much in a yr.

Please I know we have a lot of business men and womem here, I need your honest mind.

Let me open up so I can get more useful advice.

The man has a US visa and needs 1m to sponsor his trip and job his ready for him there. I have introduced him to some people and they are requesting 20% monthly for 10months which is 2m.

He told me the interest is too much and I dont want him to lose his opportunity cos you must travel when you told them you will in your interview to avoid story that touches......

So I want to help him personally but considering the fact that he will be working in US to pay me back is what i am scared of and besides all i want back his my money, interest and not his property he will be using as collateral. NB: his property is genuine.

I really wish to help him but he isnt putting the money on business is what i am scared about.

Those in US can tell us if he can get a job that will enable him pay up within 10 months.
