Una don dey play rough play dey come again with this visa on arrival thing oh! Nothing Wey reach our hand Wey no dey different, hian!!! Very soon Na blackmarket/scarcity prices we go dey pay for am (aside the $200). Dem fit start from $50-100 processing fees now, soon catch up with Dem Tanko ETC price, then later come overtake Dem Ni based on say na need many people don dey need am from Naija end, since ETC matter for babies don cancel. Na we people way ni, Dem (those involved in this processing thing, plus including NIS officers dem) go always take undue advantage and abuse the former "abusers" of ETC (us, in this case) soonest. It's well! @sessibasi; abeg, make you announce how much Dem take process your own, you no need to write the person name here, who want the contact go reach you, oga "chief rapturer" no go vex for that step yet. We normally share info on how to get these things done the cheapest way here, you know. 2 Likes |

nefertitiram:Other countries (e.g. Turkey and Kenya) visa on arrival Na like $1 we dey pay for processing/handling fees if we do am ourselves online oh. I think we need to quickly learn how to do this ourselves in reality oh (if ability to do so is not already permanently blocked) before peeps begin to get us ripped off. #MyOpinion 1 Like |

Thanks Sessibasi. Please block her name and passport number. From the link that Shamecurl posted, seems this VOA is meant to be for business /investors and CEOs of high net worth companies. 1 Like |

I am going thru the immigration website, there is a drop down button for where you want to process the visa but I can't find Nigeria there. Abeg what do you choose as processing country? One should be able to do these things if not our people that like to impose bottle necks. I did all my son's naija passport application online by myself but when I got to the immigration office, requested for 5k as "commitment fee" which was still lesser putting all cost togeda than paying one immigation man money for passport processing. |

Hi good people of NL. I've been following this thread since I stumbled upon it less than 2 months ago. I got a lot of information here and prayed that I'll give back with testimony. Went for my visa interview today in Abuja by 8:15 but I'm very sad. My transcript below... VO: good morning ma Me: good morning ma'am(smiling but the woman no even see my smile) VO:looks at her system and asked when I'm due Me: told her date in October VO:do you know how much this will cost you? Me: yes, 14,000 something but we budgeted 17k and I have my budget sheet VO: I don't wanna see it. What does your husband do? Me: he's a business man, explained his business and also told them he has a hotel VO:do you have children? Me: no this is my first VO: I'm sorry ma'am.....hands me the pink slip. I had every of Phema's BOP but she didn't see anything. The interview was less than a minute. Didn't even ask for hospital or doctors correspondence. I think the woman woke up from the wrong side of the bed. Prayed not to go to her initially. I've called some people and someone said I shouldn't have paid for b1/b2 that I should have paid for b2 alone as that is costlier. I don't know how true that is. Paid 46,400 for b1/b2. My husband agreed that I reapply but I have some questions 1) what could have been the problem? 2) is there anything like applying for b2 alone and what does it cost? 3)should I reapply with DH and will it increase my chances of getting the visa? Thanks everyone for your anticipated response. |
