it was surprising right, same nothing happens to me some years back, same as you, so what I did was to change the tracking TP of dstv I was using 12245 27500 so I change to a different frequency which I got d signal under few seconds but when I can some TP did not pop up so I just nut the dish and change to a new LNB and everything came up. try that if it will work for u......

try vertical pol for 11900/lnb@5'Oclock....ignore frequency 12220 horizontal..

Use vertical polarizations tps like 11843, 11727, 11766, 11881. If it turns green and the horizontal ones are still red, then one of the feeds of the lnb is bad. My experience with one installation when I was still a novice, I got the H polarization to 90+% but when I connected the Dstv decoder it would refuse to scan. I thought it was the decoder but when I took it to another place, it scanned one time. I was confused until I changed the lnb.
Sometimes, an lnb may pick one polarization only.

Good day house. I tracked Hot tv on 60cm dish with just 59-60%. it's stable when there is no live match but I discover that whenever there is live match it will be skipping and the commentary becomes thick. Please can I get more than 60% on 60cm dish and what is the minimum % I need to obtain to get over this? Thanks in advance

@William85, on my dish setting, what i saw on 22k switch was "Auto" and my lnb type is set to universal, but when i swith my lnb type to Single, befor i will see "ON and OFF" option under 22k, so enlighten me on this please.

the lnb single is for c band.. u can select off for the 22k that housed the c bands and auto for ku band.. meanwhile u can go for 8 in 1 diseqc switch, i bought one 2k in calabar last week

With your dish skewed @3 O'clock,track with 11045V40000,it's just a few inches to the left of Intelsat is20 ku ad also a bit higher (standing at the front of the dish).Then manually input 11008V5000 for champion tv...it's as easy as that!

Use 11045(V)40000 first to track Glow TV. Then input 11008(V)5000 to get champion Tv,Hot tv, Rescue tv and co. You will have to be patient enough because it took me almost 5 hours to track it though I'm a novice in satellite world. It's not far from my tv position. Don't give up cos I was about giving up when I saw a green flash. FTA rocks

it doesn't need to have 34w just select any cband satellite name input your frequency and track
