i will suggest using FACE CLEANSER: when u wake up and before you sleep
HONEY:like once a day

Always wash your face with cold water.

never touch your face or pop ur pimples

you can also buy a face mask that consist of egg pr honey.

Bro Try Nixoderm in the Night before you go to sleep. Use Aloe Vera on your face after washing the nixoderm off. Then after some Minutes use Epiderm, this combo would surely work !!!

Take the above advice and stop doing the vaseline exercise also

Remembered back days in senior secondary school... So irritating with my classmate ( Jafar) not real name. Seen whitish murcor with bad odour. Drink raw bitter leaf day and night. Change ur diet to mustly fruits and vegetables with little starch and protien. Sock ur face towel in hot water, squize out the water and u it to clean the affected areas. After which apply alo vera and lime. You re good to go

For dark nipples, I would strongly suggest you give it up to a man to suck.

I suggest you visit a dermatologist.... Because what that worked for someone else might not work on you. Dermatologist will have to test your skin before recommending any product or probably treatment..

Juice ginger, avocado and lemon all together and take daily, a change will be noticed.
