Could it be that psychologists and Lawyers are not being shortlisted? I also applied as psychologist and no IV yet.

Are you asking a question based on what is, or based on what you think you know?
As for Psychiatrists, yes there are Specialists but the NPF considers all under The Medical Dept. As there isn't a stand alone Dept for them.

Them inviting u as a specialist does it mean you applied as a graduate? I can't even remember what I filled I forgot about it didn't even go for d first screening yet I got an invite
