Lol...Funny enough, I don't have any plans ooo. I'm sure you are a learner compared to me, when it comes to agreeing and following through with meeting people. Don't worry we shall find a common ground. When it's time, you'll get a PM cheesy.
Lol. Okay then. Keeping my fingers crossed for the ground breaking PM grin

Please people what's the salary scale for a job as office administrator, thanks.
I initially put a figure then I remembered this is Nigeria where title and job responsibilities are not in sync. So I'll say, the pay will depend on the company size and the duties you'll be performing.

You can give me a range, I just need to have an idea of the job market

Anything from minimum wage to infinity cheesy.
When you factor in your qualification, the organization's size, the industry and the scope of work to be done then you can put a figure (range to it).

Right now you gave me no clue. Offering a range will be an exercise in futility and may either crash or surpass your expectations when you hear the real deal.

But let me end by saying whatever the pay, if you've been offered sth and you have calculated transport cost and other basic things, if you've got extra 5k to save then take it up whilst looking for more.

The person
* uni graduate 2:1
* hold other certification like project management
* currently working
The organization
* less than 30
* head office in Canada
* into security services

How's that for clues grin
Thanks in advance

With these clues, I would say nothing less than 6 digits.
Depending on the importance of the role. 200k is not bad.

Lol. Bia, you have turned me to a counselor this morning. You will pay o wink
I no dey do consultation for free lipsrsealed

Ok. I get something here but I see no experience attached. It's alright! Let's work with it.
The staff strength in the organization is less than 30 or you mean the organization is less than 30 years old? undecided
I'll go with the former.

With this candidate's profile and organization's strength, I'm guessing an office administrator in that company offering such service in a period where insecurity is high and there isn't enough money to hire security officers, s/he may earn between 50-90k. Could be more, could be less.

All the best in your interview and I just saw the part where you actually said the candidate is working. Therefore she has some experience.
When you're asked that question, relax and answer it well cheesy

Come back with success story.

No mistakes. 6 digits.

BSC holder with PMP experience.

Meanwhile if it's an interview. The business premise should give an idea.
Vanillaskin don't worry. They won't ask you that question.

Been looking to see 'God Bless Nigeria' as your closing line but you left with that too.

It's great to see you again.

You did well!

My S.S.3 female students and I ... lol, my experience with those girls who for some already had kids was not funny. I remember the day my co-corper (male) flogged one 'mama' grin, oh boy! the guy pick race before school close. They threatened him with charm cheesy. When after service it took the guy longer than 6 months to get a job we thought he feared he was under a spell. Lol
It was a fun year.

Lol. Nysc was a blend of various kinds of experiences; the good, the bad and the ugly ones but in sum, it was truly fun.
