The same Justice gave injunction which banned Makarfi led PDP from having her national convention in Ph. All the judgement delivered by him are controversial. If you say he's working for APC, you may not be wrong. 101 Likes 7 Shares |

As An Akwa Ibomite, I Feel Very Disappointed That Justice Abang Is All That's Wrong With Our Judiciary Since Buhari Assumed Office. We Are A Peaceful People And Abang Clearly Is Acting A Script Written From A Place Other Than This Part Of The Country 69 Likes 3 Shares |

This man again. I bet the NJC won't take a closer look into this man as they did the other judges who were sent on compulsory retirement. Seeing how he is acting on scripts from particular 'powers that be.' 18 Likes 1 Share |

Naija and conspiracy theories. What has APC got to do with this. Judge Abang has been a federal judge since 2009. Why is it until now that he has a pay master. Was Ogah paid by APC to go to court too? If APC truly had a hand in all these then the appeal court should have been in favor of Ogah. 3 Likes |

Those that collect bribe to stab justice will not stand the cry of justice' blood. Each drops of her blood rings a bell in the high heavens. So the main Justice always comes to ask some questions. You see, Justice Okon Abang will have no answers. However, the fall of a dead leaf today is a warning to the green ones. 4 Likes 1 Share |

...The judge must have sat in his chamber, unilaterally assessed and computed the tax of the appellant and came to the conclusion that he did not pay the required tax. But let me say that courts are not allowed to speculate as the trial Judge has done in the instant case. “The trial judge spoke from both sides of his mouth when in one breadth, he claimed that he based his findings on supply of false information and in another breadth, he came to the conclusion that the appellant in this matter committed perjury, even when there was no allegation of forgery and no allegation that he did not pay tax,” the court further said....... Ms. Ogunwumiju also said that Justice Abang turned the head of the law upside down in his conclusion that it was Mr. Ikpeazu that should bear the burden of proof for an allegation made by Mr. Ogah... I couldn't help but laugh out so much at the above excerpt... the bashing was too much!... ..In other words... the appeal court must have been trying to tell Justice Okon Abang that he is not fit to be a judge or that he has no idea of the law...
