@op i dont blame the scammer at all . you have being around for a very long time to know that 99% of all these adsense account would be disabled in no distance time . once you have a blog with unique content GOOGLE MUST APPROVE YOU but we nigerians always want the short cut to everything.

If you want to be reselling google adsense why not get a domain, get hosting, design it , get unique content, apply for adsense, once approve then sell everything together by so doibg nothing like account disable
