It seems the agricultural policy of this administration is taking shape and seems to be yielding positive results already.

Labana , one of the rice highlighted was seen being offloaded at Ehi street by Asa road , aba , Yestetday. This goes to show the rice are in the market and, we might become self-sufficient in terms of rice production very soon.

I just pray the rice won't b rebagged into foreign rice bags n sold at exorbitant price further prolonging the price of rice situation. Out of greed some aba Bois may attempt this. I am in uyo n am yet to see such bag of rice even with close proximity to aba. Rice still sells at 80 to 120 naira depending on grade. God help us in this country

from the link provided up there , this is produced in the north. I fear aba people might rebag them and resell them at exorbitant prices.
