My God, this is just me.
I have vowed to God several times that if i ever masturbate again then let God take my life or let me sleep that day and never see the next day, then with in 3 - 6days max am back at it again, i always crave for dirty and most intresting oily bf and at the same time my body is already boiling with the urge to masturbate. . You really need to quit man. I don't know if it's okay to out the solution I used to quit might work for you. You see porn is a psychological problem not even masturbation, you find it easier to go a week without masturbation but difficult to go a week without porn. The mistake your making is deleting the porn clips. Just like u watch it and masturbate to it and the clip doesn't interest you again even if you feel the urge to masturbate you will prefer a fresh clip so you keep downloading new once. Try this its difficult but it worked for me, download all the porn you can find then stop when ur done, don't download new onces again you have so many already. Now listen make a promise to yourself that you will not masturbate no matter how turned on you are from the video. Now start watching the clips over and over again your brain will realise dopamine a chemical released from addiction. You will feel tired and probably satisfied and fall asleep. I don't believe the op because he said he quit that easily, its impossible to quit without relapses if you are already addicted, I know the struggle, I've been battling mine for close to seven years now...I can go weeks without relapse..now, as mine often happenes at night, before I sleep I reflect on positive things, when I feel the urge to masturbate, I immediately fall to the ground and do push ups till am exhausted by then I won't be able to masturbate I'll just fall asleep the fight is not easy, its just to Neva give up..and ask God for help.. don't feel ashamed when you relapse just analyse what led to the relapse and try to avoid it next time... may God help us. 2 Likes |

How did I quit?
Simple. I made a strong vow to God. I just took out a piece of paper and wrote: I hereby vow to quit pornography for life. May God punish me instantly any day I consciously watch porn videos.
It's that simple. I DECIDED TO QUIT. If you still do porn, I pray u also DECIDE to quit. There's nothing good about porn.

O pari I am not here to argue..i have been born again since 1987 and i will never be caught preaching heresy. We have bad habits and we have sinful habits...Masturbation can be seen as a bad habit for those who are not comfortable with it while doctors recommend it for some patients and some people see it as a seemingly innocent way of releasing themselves of sexual urge. Many believers enslave themselves with personal belief of what they think is a sin and that is their choice. Self servicing was never mentioned a a sin in the bible because GOD did not find it necessary to see it as a sin..he made us to have urge for sex,he created that urge and if you dont have it then you are not normal. Self servicing is a way many believers have prevented fornication so the truth is that if you can do without easing off, good for you,if you can't please do it rather than fornicate and if you believe you can cheat nature then be ready to have wet dreams.
