It's exactly 9 years now since I said no to pornography, that demonic thing that's designed to destroy young men.

Looking back now, I just thank God because I know that nearly everyone wif an access to internet occasionally checks out porn videos.

How did I quit?

Simple. I made a strong vow to God. I just took out a piece of paper and wrote: I hereby vow to quit pornography for life. May God punish me instantly any day I consciously watch porn videos.

It's that simple. I DECIDED TO QUIT. If you still do porn, I pray u also DECIDE to quit. There's nothing good about porn.

I first tried to stop in 2011, for where story, i did it for another 5 years

Read bible, prayed, i no fast o, read articles, the effects of pornography and masturbation on the brain and body

I get exam 8am i still did it before going to the hall
Church service 9am, i did it before going

We have bad habits and we have sinful habits...Masturbation can be seen as a bad habit for those who are not comfortable with it while doctors recommend it for some patients and some people see it as a seemingly innocent way of releasing themselves of sexual urge.

Many believers enslave themselves with personal belief of what they think is a sin and that is their choice.

Self servicing was never mentioned a a sin in the bible because GOD did not find it necessary to see it as a sin..he made us to have urge for sex,he created that urge and if you dont have it then you are not normal.

Self servicing is a way many believers have prevented fornication so the truth is that if you can do without easing off, good for you,if you can't please do it rather than fornicate and if you believe you can cheat nature then be ready to have wet dreams.

The point is clear, watching porn at all or while masturbating is a sin but when you feel the urge and ease off with whatever is at your disposal be it candle or your finger or Vaseline as some people say...i believe you are only acting normal as a sexually active man or woman.

Nevertheless, whatever you do in excess and whatever has a possibility of addiction must be minimized to avoid getting traped in excessiveness.

Marriage is one great cure to self servicing and if you still see yourself doing it after marriage, as long as it does not affect your sex life then i wish you well.
