Why is subsidy payments made in dollar - Which runs in Billions, estacode paid in dollars and government travels/itinerary made in dollars but a Nigerian student schooling abroad cannot access dollars for their use?

How the cbn is stopping essential needs category from accessing the much needed forex?

I really do not understand the cbn policies and how it will protect Nigerian Naira but the effect is really biting hard on my business.
My sibling got dropped from his registered courses cos he wasn't able to meet up with the required payment before the deadline.

I tried to send some funds to him today through western union but they refused to do it cos the cbn ordered them to stop!!


My knowledgeable people, i wish to be educated cos i am about to go coo.

My business has suffered greatly in ways you can't imagine!
