seriously boss this type of people destroy the market for other web developers, now let's think about this if he charges 5k for a website, hosting is 3k and domain 3k or let's assume he bought the domain for 1dollar from godaddy. There's no way he can get anyone a professional website with that! I charge my clients above 20k and sometimes it still falls back on me as more works are on me even beyond my expectations.

Same here. I don't even work for individuals anymore cos they bug alot after completion. But companies are always willing to pay and it's 100k & above bro. I don't do all these "about us", "contact us" nonsense websites, If the website isn't running as a service then I advice the client to get a Facebook or Twitter page. There's no point jampacking the internet with another useless dot com domain that does nothing other than show your company information. People can easily keep up with you online on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram than the ournonsensecompanydomain.com websitename.

And to the OP Mr joshuabase, if you charge 5k for your website development I wonder how much your profit from this website is. Provided that ordinary .com domain name is close to N4000 ($10) $1 is 400 now, and hosting will definitely cost you more than 1k too, plus development fee.

for example, the paytwice, did anyone notice that even the items arent of uniform dimension? i.e the dimension is determined by the width of the image to be shown?.
Take a look of how he even displayed his price. (i wont even comment on that one).
No favicon on the site.
and a whole lot more i dont even want to try.
That other forum site, i even refuse to take mytime to go through it.

I however, did not even bother checking the security level of those sites.
So if he charges 5k for this level of competence, FELLAS, He's right!
