Chei!! cheesy cheesy

So after reading the body of the report like you claim, you still can't see that the commencement of a genuine and legal process is what the report tries to show irrespective of the enticing headline?

Can you point to anywhere the EFCC or Magu tries to portray a false picture in the quotes attributed to them?

Forfeiture proceedings are public proceedings. Can you name the court in which these proceedings to seize Diezani's proceedings are being conducted?

Diezani is a thieving oaf who represents some of the worst of the Nigerian political class but these newspaper articles in Nigeria are often aimed at the gullible.

You see how gullible you people are. The UK dies not have Diezani's passport and the case she had with UK authorities had nothing to do with Nigeria or EFCC and the amount involved was £27,000 cash.
At least she has a case with the UK

jonathan and pdp will go down in History as the MOST corrupt criminal organization in the history of the planet. Yet suppoters of these theives are wailing..."people are hungry, dying"

If 170 million Nigerians were to share this $10 Billion dollars or $2 Trillion Naira theft by this pdp/jonathan front, Ms Maduake, alone, all of us will get about N2,000,000,000.00 (Two billion naira) each!!! will there still be hunger in the land? ofcourse not!!!
Shatap! Zombie! That was how you believed a certain man who did not have school cert will make $1 to N1 for you and you voted for him as you'd President. If Buratai can buy a mansion in Dubai worth millions of dollars with his salary and savings, this woman also bought hers with her salaries, allowances, savings and loans. Zombies like you are the reason why they think every Nigerian is a fool just like all of you.

Do I hear Diezani talking about shared humanity, Jesus Christ of Nazareth

Diezani never remembered anything about shared humanity when chopping our yams alone and even the cancer sef, she's having it alone and not sharing with anyone too. Na so life be nah.

Kola Aluko is untouchable, they should just focus on the other. Aluko is not even a Nigerian Citizen, he has no Nigerian passport, he is a swiss national, and will be protected by the Swiss government as their Citizen, no extradition agreement in place between Nigeria and Switzerland.

Don't you guys have the capacity to read, comprehend and understand? Did you not see the below in the report? What is in the report that make you guys think EFCC said they'll just enter the US and seize properties without the American justice system involved? angry

A top EFCC source, who spoke in confidence, said: “We have located some assets allegedly owned by Diezani and some of her business associates in the United States. We are already collaborating with the US Government to attach these assets. “In fact, the EFCC chairman, Mr. Ibrahim Magu, spent about one and a half weeks in the US to work with the relevant agencies to trace Diezani’s properties, some of which are believed to have been secured through business fronts like Kola Aluko. “We have submitted relevant documents to the US authorities in order to facilitate the seizure of the assets.”

Why did you explain to those buffoon? You see why they say alot of Nigeria graduates are not employable. Comprehension they cannot and you can Imagine when this set of people open thier gutter mouth to talk or analyze issue, what will come out will be tonnes of rubbish.
They abound here and thats why they wail morning till night not knowing they are the cause of their problems.

EFCC cannot seize without a court order and must be entered into the US legal system and must be accepted by a US judge.
In fact, it's easier for US to initiate such cases by using existing laws to seize assets. In fact, US shall pursue a criminal case against thay minister if she has something to hide. US is a tough place to hide such huge assets!!
