restore your PC to an earlier time within which your WiFi worked e.g. last month if u think it worked then.
Let's see how it goes....

Hi Engineers,

Pls I need your help with a laptop issue. The laptop has two window 7 installed on it but just one window was been used regularly.

I installed a second antivirus despite having one in that particular window before and that was when the issue started.

The window will boot and show 'starting window' for few seconds and then proceed to show a blank screen.

Pls any suggestion on what to do, I have vital documents in that particular window.
Run a system restore

You can do that process first, if your computer boot normal, thats okay, but if it continues giving you issue, you can now run restore point

Ok. Yes opt for that. Install the Qualcomm Atheros bluetooth adapter [https://www.atheros-drivers.com/atheros-bluetooth-drivers.html] and/or attach a Bluetooth USB adapter.

You should still try to test the WLAN.
Hi mr Demie, been a while. I want to ask if there's any way for me to unhide hidden objects? I ran a check on my system with a viral anti virus and it's report was that there was no virus infection, but there were hidden objects which could be malicious. Please, is there anyway I can rectify this? Thanks in advance

Specify the hidden objects for clarity.

The hidden objects weren't specified, but I read somewhere that every computer has hidden objects in them, that they are intentionally hidden so that the user won't tamper with them. But I Unhid every 1 of them then scanned again, and when I did this time around, it told me 1 object is hidden and 74 files couldn't be scanned. Could there be any thing to worry about?

If the functionality of your system is normal. There isn't a need to raise a red flag. Some threats are false positive and needs not to be prioritised at least until it proves to be so. Kindly observe this closely for the time being with an unbiased mind.

Migt be a problem with the flexible cable connecting the screen to the mobo.
Connect your PC with an external monitor and check if it works perfectly. If no joy, then you either have to re-seat or replace the flex, or replace the screen (Last resort).
Kindly take it to a service centre if under warranty but if not, then off you should go to a qualified service personnel (engineer).
Or
If you're not afraid of getting your hands dirty with a screwdriver, u can diy cool

I use a windows 8 laptop, but anytime I don't touch the laptop for instance watching movies on it. The screen goes to idle mode by shutting down the screen but all activities I was doing then will continue running and I will have to touch the mouse or any key for the screen to come on again.
I have done everything that was suggested on google but I still face the same issue.

Do you want it to stay on always? If yes, right click on the battery logo on the far right of your taskbar (if hidden, click the up arrow at the far right before the first icon to see the battery logo) and select power options.
Now you are to select "change plan settings" at the ticked power plan item. You'll see the "turn off the display" drop down under the on battery column, select never.
Repeat thsame for the plugged in column.
All should be well except your system is set to change power plans according to whether you plug in a charger or on battery. If so, then make the changes to other profiles. cool

I have done it but I still experience it. Another issue I am having is that I have avast installed on the system since last year, so around june I discovered the avast is no more protecting my system. So I un-installed it but I noticed I still have it on my desktop that I had to install karspersky but the same happened to it after I un-installed it when I have used up the trial version. What can be done? I don't want to format the system.

Yeah man!

You said "there were hidden objects which could be malicious", how did you know that

Also, you want "to unhide hidden objects", which mean...you want the hidden objects to be shown or visible to you.

In that case, open any folder on your PC, from the Ribbon above, where you have (Home, Share, View, Manage), select View, Go to the section where you have Show/Hide, there you can check or uncheck hidden items as the need may be. When it is checked, the hidden files are visible and vice versa.

Hope that solves your problem.

N.B: most necessary system files are hidden, try not tamper with them.
