attackgat:It means you don't know the meaning of "Geo-political zone", we have six Geo-political zones in Nigeria, SS is one of them just like SE as well as SW, NE, NW, & NC. How can you now say a Geo-political zone does not mean anything? How do then apply the principle of Federal character as envisaged by our Constitution? I guess you reason just like Buhari. 1 Like |

At least the igbo girls with any strand of sense should now know how these hairless orangutans think of them. You all know the region that harbours the most "kiss and tell" boys. 6 Likes |

Danfuster: But a saying goes that blood is thicker than water once the Igbo blood is there it means a permeation. And mind you anyone born of that gene combination is always ready to tell you that she is both yoruba and igbo. You have rotimi akinoshu, yemi alade etc. But on a more sewious note what about yoruba girls, una wan cover for una ugly yoruba girls na why una dey say dem no dey marry outside. But which outsider even wan marry dem. Even if you gift me those amala girls I go send dem back to you on way bill. |

I am disgusted about some people here on this thread. Op posted something beautiful, something that shows we are all humans. It doesn't matter if you are black, white , red or yellow. Igbo, Yoruba or Hausa. Humanity should come first. We all want the same thing which is to live a fulfilling life. Life is too short to be arguing about such silly things like tribes 4 Likes |

We are all human beings before tribes and whatnot, no tribe is less human than the other!!! Instead of wasting one anothers time saying shit that dony make sense why not respect anyone's right to marry from wherever. 2 Likes |

OkoNDOoBo:Really? Wow. This is news to me. Anyway, I agree with you on one thing. Igbo women have cast their pearls before swine. Getting married to such ill-mannered, loquacious Yoruba men like you must be the stuff of madness. I actually feel like vomiting. |

Ghost447: Don't make me laugh. The so called SW, NE, NW etc you are talking about is not even recognised by the constitution. people talk about these "Geo-political zones" without knowing that they are illegal because they are not backed up by any law. Basically, SS, SE and the rest of them are mere geographical expressions that Government sometimes uses in economic planning. They don't actually mean anything. What means something are tribes, the group of people who have a common language, value system, cultural affinity and ideology and history. The rest mean nothing. |

repogirl: Our reaction here is proper. We love our women, mothers, sisters, wife and daughter. I did be worried if they were cool with the trend and popular demand 4 igbo wife by yorubas and benin men.(fashionable) It is further clear that girls born out of such union will suffer wat yoruba women suffer, becos they too will not be as good as igbo women, in the eye of yoruba and benin men, who will keep running to igbo land for the priceless igbo girl, once they make money. |

ofeoilly:And you base this your analysis on what exactly? Have you taken a survey to back these your claims? I am Yoruba and married to an Igbo man who didn't think your Igbo girls were so precious. You people should stop this your nonsense abeg. No body is more elevated or precious than anyone else. |

SC31:Its not a matter of being tribalist, its all about choice come to think of it, Igbo ladies are into Igbo guys because they feel they ain't romantic and too domineering, so you expect Yoruba ladies to enter what their own is rejecting. Tufiakwu |
