2. Don't abet crime. Don't aid crime. Don't join hands with criminals.

3. Expose the criminal elements and their activities in your neighborhood. Criminals are not ghost. They are human beings. They live among people. Get official security lines from police, DSS, and other law enforcement agents in your locality. Report to them. Such reports are anonymous. They don't reveal your identity. Their phone lines have being formatted to hide your identity. You don't even have to tell them your name. Just ensure you give genuine information. Work like a voluntary under-cover. For instance, a young man is living large in your neighborhood, without any obvious job, and you keep quiet. Hmmmn. You're playing with fire.

4. If you see something, say something! Be security conscious!


5. If you keep quiet, they would continue to rob you, kill you, rape the women, defile the minors, kidnap for rituals and ransom, and foment troubles as cultists.

6. Forget about their empty threats of reprisal attacks or revenge attacks. They only use that to intimidate people. Once they are caught, and sent to where they belong, they can't do nothing! Moreso, your identity is hidden.

7. When you don't stand against evil, there can't be peace in the land.

Morals: if you fail to do your part as a good citizen, never blame the government or the authority for whatever horrors the criminals in your areas are subjecting you to. Life is choice.

The best way is to live a good and normal life. Your life especially attracts good behavior to u. You can be in the midst of criminal minded people and get due respect from them. Live a normal life, dress decently, be humane to them, don't be stingy, help anyone in needy and don't discriminate whatsoever. That's the best medicine to criminal minded people.

I ve learnt to mind my business. A certain criminal robbed a man and brought his car to my neborhood. Sars tracked the car until they found it in our estate were the criminal has got a relative. They arrest our security men and they community has to bail them. As time goes on a trap was set for the victim and he was arrested. Everyone was happy that the criminal will be dealt with for his crime. We were mistaken. After a few weeks he was back in the estate and was even threatening members of the community who were outspoken. Within a short time he committed another crime and the chairman of the estate reported him to the police and he was made to take undertaken never to show up in that estate. As I write you some people re praying that there path never cross again. Is good to report such incident if your safety is guaranteed. I doubt if that is the case in Nigeria. That's is why jungle justice still reigns
