We need to educate people that not only turkeys nor chicken are good source of protein but rabbits are more Nutritious, low cholesterol for hypertensive patients

Your rabbits can be sold to individuals , restaurant and bars which is where you can sell more of your products provided you educate them, going extra miles to help them and convince them

u shud try to start marketing by offering value added services like
Free dressing of the meat for ur customers,
free delivery of produce,
free sample (whole rabbits) to some potential big buyers,
free lessons on the best ways to prepare delicious dishes with rabbit meat, u can even do a video about that and distribute it to ur buyers and non-buyers alike.
adverts on radio and tv if possible will also help.

With 10,000 u are good to go. The poo of rabbits doesn't smell (doesn't mean you should inhale it lol) unlike poultry that's disturbs the whole community

Get a small cage
The males are called bucks and female does
Baby litters are called weaners.


They eat left over
Poultry feeds
Leaves, which they eat most.
When given them leaves don't give them alpfafa always because of too much calcium. Rabbits do keep calcium in them and most time excess though they excrete some but not all. When there is excess calcium they tend to get hot
