If what is going on now in the competition still continues, the pfp would have totally lost its credibility. Forget about whether participation is free or not, a competition is a competition(what is worth doing is worth doing well).

Make una do something biko, or just cancel the competition already.

You did not pay anything to participate in this competition, neither did any of you sign any contract with the organisers regarding how this competition will hold or be held.

So don't come in here talking about Force Majeure.
