Its funny how HATE can change netizen's opinion,I remember how they were praising IU's acting chops in producers before her scandal,but now she is just a terrible actress lolz.

IU might not be the best actress in korea but she is better than some hyped idol actresses.

Yes the script matter but according to what I see with some recent plot and scripts,acting abilities comes first.

You're right, no matter how perfect the script is, if the leads acting abilities are weak, the drama would definitely be rubbish..
Some dramas like dots and empress ki would have been nonsense if they'd casted actors and actresses with weak acting..
Anyway Both are important sha..

hmm the name sounds sageuky and 50+ episode ish, another drama for me to pass on

south koreans and their judgemental selves, so just cos of kim min hee's scandal a movie as good as the handmaiden(according to every review) was blocked from being submitted as sk's choice for 2017 oscars and was replaced by age of shadows, of course i hope shadows turns out to be super awesome cos it has some of my favourite people(gong yoo, han ji min, shin sung rok) and i hear the director is a bada**, i still feel handmaiden shouldnt be castigated cos of 1 persons madness afterall there are other people in the movie that dont deserve hate, anyway here's hoping sk wins best foreign film.

side note: whenever nigeria gets to submit a movie for oscars do i have to support them *pondering*

MBC na oga for sageuks. At the same time, They don't worry themselves over ratings fight(that's y I like them). But if u notice, they always end up with a strong 2nd position. Look at Monster's ratings. other shows go meet am bit e no dey shake change position.

wow youre the only person ive come across who doesnt like gong yoo, me i love him to pieces, love lee min jung too but i pity her cos her husband is a sleaze and a douchebag but really talented, i hate the fact that i cant hate on his talent, i always look forward to his movies and i cant wait for ADVANCE to start airing so i can watch but i really dislike the guy
