so much fun has left the thread,when we could no longer correct each other with love,everybody is looking one opportunity to bounce on the other,some feel cheated,others feel there is a clique.
You ask a question and no body was able to answer promptly, you come a post a tragic response,we are all here to support each other throughout the journey, not to bounce on anyone at any given opportunity.
oooppsss,did i just here someone blame it on pregnancy hormones, wow that's the joke of the century,its in you and not in the pregnancy.

We are all here to celebrate and enjoy the joy of motherhood,this is women for you,anywhere 2 or 3 women are gathered, someone feels cheated,another feels spiked, another feels jealousy, i don't know why am doing this,but am sincerely typing this in tears.

Its a sad way to part,i enjoyed being here while it lasted,the thread was a source of strength when i needed a friend, you may think this is just a faceless forum,but. to me i found true friends here,who were ready to go extra miles,clothed me,dried my tears,encouraged me,gave me hope.

God grant the remaining mama's safe delivery,bless our ATC sisters pretty soon,console those who had losses.

Mamas o, one love abeg. This thread has really been helpful to a young FTM like me, E ma bi nu all the mamas that have been offended in one way or the other.
I think Pregnacare plus is causing me to have bad MS, I wasn't having any MS until I started taking it and it makes me wake up with bad nausea every morning.
I skipped it yesterday and I feel a lot better this morning, what should I do? What other brand should I switch to?

Pronatal is the brand I use. Before then I was using my hospitals combination of tiny tablets. So pronatal was prescribed from LUTH and was Ok for me.

The rule with pregnacare is that you must take it after your MAIN meal as stated on the pack.

Main meal means your heaviest meal of the day. Whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner. If not, you will keep feeling funny.

I didn't use pregnacare plus. Just the 'classic' pregnacare and I combined it with separate tabs of calcium and folic acid. I was having the same feeling till I re-read the instructions and understood what they meant by "main meal". My main meal was dinner, so I woke up in the morning feeling not too bad.

So try this rule. If it fails, then you can switch brands.

Ginger biscuits also works really well for morning sickness. Eat them first thing in the morning and anytime you start feeling funny. You can read up on the use of ginger to minimise morning sickness.

Thanks @helovesme, but the problem here is that I have zero appetite. I'll request for a particular food and loose appetite or even feel like puking at the sight of it so I practically have no main meal, I need help cry
