Even if you unlock this device...it won't serve any purpose. Be it using with Ntel or 3G networks. It's not gonna see network because of the TDD firmware on it. If you can get FDD firmware for it, it's gonna work


The only one that connects with 3G carriers is the E5172s-920...which you would also need to upgrade the firmware before it does.

In a nutshell the black Spectranet routers is not useful if unlocked with the aim of using Ntel. But any of their MiFi connects with any network if unlocked. cool
