me I never hear this one before, not sure i can even comply if I had know about it.

I consume ice like it going out of fashion. People will wear jacket and scarf in the office and me I will still be asking tea girl to bring me a full cup of ice block that I want to drink cold water.

Same thing with first pregnancy too. My midnight snack was frozen milo/bourvita; I also Used to keep a frozen bottle of water in the freezer which I wrap in a small towel and take it to bed with me to hug.

No fear abeg! I drank and chewed on ice all through pregnancy, as that was the only way I could take fluids. My mum shouted jaundice from here to there I know send her o! She followed me to my doctor to complain and he told her to its ok for me to drink cold water as it has no effect on the baby whatsoever. My son came out without a hint of jaundice.

I've done like 4 scan abii izit 5 sef. The kind of bleeding I've passed through this period. Sometimes I think I'd prefer MS in exchange for it. in fact on Thursday night I thought it was all over because I bled all through with clots till Friday morning. Early in the morning I took a bath and went to the clinic to check if there's anything remaining and get the necessary medications and antibiotics if need be. I didn't want to look at the screen. Hmmmm. Dr said you're baby is still there just that you're bleeding around the cervical area and point of implantation( Grammar). I've had to stop the cyclogest because of the bleeding. Am on duphaston tds . am a little scared of the sharp drop in dosage. My faith is up. That's all I can hold on to for now. Medicine seem to have failed but I believe God cannot.

So sorry to hear this. It can be so scary not knowing what is happeninf. I pray it ends in praise.

Sometimes bleeding can be caused by the placenta forming and attaching close to or right over the cervix. ( placenta previa) your doctor should checked if that is the case.

If you are not in any pain when the bleeding occurs that is a good sign!

That kerosene taste might be from pesticide spray or where you bought it from (those women that use kerosene lamps to sell.
I don't think it would hurt since its been boiled above 100degC but no eat am sha. You can cook it for your dh but since you are preggy don't eat it.

Abeg mek una torchlight my matter,malaria dey do me strong thing fever every night,I don't know the drug to use seeing as am just 6 wks preg,my gynae says I can only register when I get to 12 wks.[sup][/sup]
Pls mamas that treated malaria at the early stage which malaria medicine were you given.
I bought coartemm but the leaflet says not to be taken for less than 3 mths preg.
