Sorry to say, you most likely are not pregnant yet. You are really stressed out though and I understand. Two different cycles this year I insisted I was pregnant and went to almost register antenatal in the hospital I previously intended to use. Thank God I only paid for their regular card. Next time I got delayed five days, got negative to urine but still went to hospital to test with blood. Every month I tested everyday from ten days after ovulation. I was so stressed. Cried many times. Eventually when it came, it was positive to urine even 3days to period day. I am sorry mama. Say a prayer, treat yourself to a fast food( I like to do that when I am stressed) essentially stop worrying and relax. It isn't easy I know but it is the best remedy.

I was hoping to come announce my bfp dis cycle as i was so sure of it but this is 16dpo and no AF yet the hpts keeps giving me bfn.
I am cönfuse and have been crying all day. My bbt chart is still elevated, my tips has been sore but today i can't feel it at all. I am having some whitish discharge on my areolas, that was my first symptom for my previous bfp cycle. Had some (tmi) creamy white cm previously now its sort of yellowish. I don't know what to do now.

N.B i am on cyclogest 400mg daily, could it be responsible for the delay? Should i stop it and allow AF to come or wait it out and continue testing? Help a sister pls.

relax dear, God will do it. Dnt stop the cyclogest till you do a blood PT first to confirm cos stopping will cause a miscarriage if you're pregnant. Wish you all the best.

whoever said u're not permitted to rant here? pls wipe ur tears dear, it will do no good. I would say u just exercise patience for a few more days because testing too early can give false negative. alternatively, u do a blood test. any which way, cheer up. don't give up hope

Enjoy your bump Sis. Hope you have started getting the maternity wears. Good thing going for me is that I now wear the mat clothing I wore for my 1st preggy. 2nd preggy clothing are too big. I lost a lot of weight after I had an ectopic pregnancy in October 2015 so it's a win win situation. I am 21weeks gone and weigh 71.5kg. ...started at 63kg. I hope to end at max 78 otherwise the weight won't fall off after delivery and breastfeeding.
Some one should give a lecture on healthy nigerian foods during pregnancy that maintain good weight gain not excessive weight gain

@ chizeal I be once thought about that crazy tip of yours but shelved it. It's still in the pipeline though. As for child protection,even my husband have seen the crazy side of me when it comes to DD. I even made it clear to DH during preggie days that my compromise on this will end the day DD will be born. I will do what I must do.

@ahnie I told DH yesterday that I will activate that option,just waiting for his sister to show this week. I spoke to my guest once on the matter when I noticed he's not making any move and he said DH told him nothing. I will not speak to him again as u said.

As for ur question, I dnt knw wat to call this one o, whether contractions or cramps. I feel them mostly @ night, while sleeping or getting up to pee. I trust God that my LMp EDD won't pass me by. God who has done it for our teamies will do it for the remaining of us Oooo.
