God exists in many forms. You can make a god out of almost anything.

Therefore, no one can say that God doesn't exist.

What we don't subscribe to is an intelligent puppet master who supposedly created and puppeteers the universe and our lives.

The Sun, our Sun has the closest quality of God. The Sun created life , sustains , regulates and manipulates all aspects of life and our individual lives on Earth, including, your mood, your proclivities, your temperament, fertility, wars, the rise and fall of civilizations.

If their is a celestial body that deserves our awe, praise and worship, it is the Sun.

No wonder, Sun worship is oldest and only one true religion on Earth.
Infact, every religious belief on Earth is underpinned by Our Glorious Orb, the begetter of life and the great faithful Redeemer.

I simply cannot understand why humans ignore the clearly visible Glorious Orb to make endless supplications to imaginary gods.

Have you met atheists that insult theists and on what is there insult based? Say for example somebody laughing at the Christian theist about talking snakes. Don't miss the point. My point/question here is, if you don't claim to know that a thing is false on what basis would you then disdain and rebut such thing like the atheists (you can add, theists)do?

I would have responded with a Yes if that's what the Atheist say. The Atheist says he knows there's no God. The example I showed you is proof to that. He says he doesn't believe in a God and acts like he knows there's no God. The Theists claim to believe in God and acts like he knows there's a God.

My knowledge of no elephant in your room is not your explanation of elephant in your room but my 'knowledge' of no elephant in your room. I think that is what it means to know. I 'know' there's a plasma television set in my room because I can see a material object that has all the characters of a plasma TV in my room.

One thing I know is that there are camps in the religion section. It's not strictly a Christian, theist section versus an Atheist people who are innocently pouring out their convictions.

Those who believe in God and act like they know there's a God. Those who don't believe in God and act like they know there's no God. Those who suspect there's a God but are tired of praying to connect to him.

Those who are not sure there's a God and think freely. Those who believe in the existence of God and work for the devil to regain his throne. It's not black and white.

i find the position of both Gnostic theism and Gnostic atheism both ridiculous and nonsensical.

These positions are rather that of personal emotions than honest enquiry: On one hand the other claims absolutely that God(s) exists even though without empirical evidence, on the other hand the other claims absolutely that God(s) don't exist.

How can you be so sure when the subject is one that is uncertain, unproven and conceptual.

You are just playing around with illogical and senseless word play. How can you say we do not know a claim is false, when the claim is outrageous in the first place. Any sane person will be 100% certain that snakes are incapable of human speech, not to talk of speaking and understanding Hebrew. Any one with senses more developed than a 7 year old should be 100% sure than a man cannot live and survive in the stomach of a whale for 3 days.

If you make a claim, the onus is on you to provide evidences supporting your claims, then the onus will lie on us to prove your evidences valid or false. You cannot just make an outlandish claim and expect others to help you prove the claim true or false.
If I tell you Santa Claus lives 10km under the north pole, the onus is on you to provide evidence. I cannot tell you that unless you can prove it false, I must accept it as true.
