In civilized climes, especially for a lousy reason such as religious indoctrictination, where the boy comes from, that is called child abuse. Little wonder Nigeria so backward.

There're simple example you could use.

1. Tell him his digestive system is a design.
2. His urinary system is a design.
3. His circulatory system is a design.
4. His respiratory system is a design.

Make him understand the fact he eats and defaecate from the anus shows someone must have designed it that way.

Tell him the fact he drinks water and urinates from his penis shows someone must have designed it to work that way.

Just use similar things. But, if he doesn't understand then leave him alone, because I strongly believe its up to each and everyone to discoverver God for themselves.
