The major purposes are:
web designing/management, CCNA, CCNP etc. (On the side would be "movies $ PES/FIFA"

Price range will also be appreciated.

major specs to look out for Generation of the CPU
dont be fooled by someone showing you a core i7 2nd generation and claiming its better than core i5 4th generation
you can easily know generation by the first number in the model. like core i5 4xxx is intel core i5 4th generation, core i5 6xxx is intel core i5 6th generation which are currently the latest....

at least 4gb ram is ok.
hard drive 500gb is good to go

graphics card minimum nvidia 1gb

usb 3.0 etc

I would have suggested a budget system with good battery life, but you included gaming..
For efficient gaming, you require an Intel core i5 or i7, a dedicated graphics card and good display panel..

A good core i3 or core i5 will be a plus.

Im no geek oo but i think you should go for a core i5 laptop with a double cell battery.

it has 2gb dedicated graphics ram, two 3.0 USB port, it can charge phone when it is off, one 3.1 type c USB ...... 256gb ssd but it has an extra slot for another hard disk....... I got mine when dollar was 290 @ around 150k........ Oh! and it has a wonderful battery

Any brand and specs from core i3 3rd gen and 4GB DDR3 will do cos you don't need high performance system for learning networking.

Even Pes16 will run on an Intel graphics HD4000

The only special consideration for web design should be an SSD.very important
