temiloluwasam:Independent yet we cannot refine our oil, cannot run our economy, you want to be independent yet your economy is crippled due to the fact foreign investors has abandoned you and taken their bossiness to other African countries.. Dear Nigerian Leaders, you cannot have your cake and eat it, if you need foreign assistance, you have to cope with foreigners meddling into your affairs. 9 Likes |

It is obvious, Africa is the orphan of the world. No other continent except the war-ravaged Middle East has record numbers of its youths risking the journey of death to get to Europe for a second slavery. African leaders have failed to look after Africans. It is only a matter of time before the civilise world re-colonize Africa since the future of Africa as represented by its youths now begging to go into slavery in the West. The plight of Nigerians are not better under self-rule, hence, the truly impoverished Nigerians would mind not re-colonization which sincerely hold the promise of an absence of hunger and reduced poverty. Nigerian leaders are incapable of looking after the country Nigeria. But will rather continue to line their pockets with government funds. If only these shenanigans calling themselves protesters know what is best for them, they would not have embarked on this foolishness. The black race self. Na wa o. 5 Likes |

It is late to say no to neo colonialism,,,,,, Asian tigers developed as a result of indirect neo colonialism...... The campaign is late already...... We are already late for this.... We need Foreign direct Investment (FDI) to develop. |

This looks like a politically motivated protest and not anti-colonialism protest per se. If they're interested in anti-colonialism, they should begin by calling for Nigeria to abolish the commonwealth which is a direct colonial organization. See its time to abolish the commonwealth. See http://www.africason.com/2016/08/its-time-to-abolish-commonwealth-of.html I don't want to talk about protest to take control of our native languages and education. The above link contain links to all other forms of slavery still going on today. 2 Likes |

temiloluwasam: I don't use this word in public, but I will use it now: Foolish People. You did not react when Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, the US Embassy, the UK governments bashed Nigeria under the previous government. Because they worked in your interest. You were silent when Kerry and UK Foreign Secretary Phillip Hammond came to Nigeria to influence the election in favour of Buhari, releasing statements capable of inciting the public, statements detrimental to Nigeria's well-being- because it was to your favour. You were silent and even jumped for joy when Secretary of State Kerry recently visited Northern Nigeria, and Buhari and the Sultan of Sokoto- it was to your interest. Now you are crying that they have started releasing compromising statements... Foolish people. You don't know that you are being played by the West. They need to sell their arms na. Do Nigerians even read? The usual divide and rule tactics. You are so foolish that you can not see it. 4 Likes 1 Share |

Nothing can be worse than taking the journey of death to the West just to escape Africa. That migration is an open invitation to re-colonisation, if you don't know. Tell us what happened under colonialism that worst hasn't happened under self-rule African. You don't know what it is to be a slave in your own land. That is what Nigerians are in Nigeria. All animals are equal but some are more equal than others. Mazeed: 1 Like |

The Western organizations are bent on dividing the country on ethno-religious grounds and we should be careful about them. Even though I am not impressed about Buhari performance but I am very skeptical about the White mans interest. Libyans have their country destroyed because the west wanted Gaddafi out at all cost and used media propaganda to rally some disgruntled Libyans into a rebel group that NATO provided air cover to depose their leader. Today Libya has been abandoned and Obama is still bombing ISIS there as I write. Let us continue to lambast PMB ourselves as we do here on this forum and not allow foreigners do so on our behalf as that could be destructive. My biggest challenge is the White mans Interest: Thomas Sankara 2 Likes |

emperorgoke:And how will the investors come when they ran out because the leader is clueless, now you want them to just come back to a clueless government. In economics, it's easier to keep a costumer than get a new customer. We had a lot customers and foreign investors before and we took them for granted and blew it. Who do you think will come in now. We are on our own. It'll only be after we have managed to have confidence in our economy and buy Nigeria to grow the naira and the naira starts to grow again, that is only what can attract foreign investment. 1 Like |

Ikpa Isaac, without the UN organs and Amnesty International and other Watchdog Organizations, you could have been dead by now on the hands of marauding Fulani herds men and Boko acting for the interest of a group in Nigeria. Isaac Ikpa, Fulani shall be laughing at you now as one of the most foolish Igbos. Isaac Ikpa, when will the Arewa whose interests you protect sign up for restructuring Nigeria politically to make the country work for all of Nigeria? Isaac Ikpa, in today's world, no country is allowed to exist like an Island, hiding behind sovereignty clause of the UN, because of fears of despotic leaders killing their citizens. Isaac Ikpa, a fool at forty is a fool forever. Take a cue from Oby Ezekwesili of BBOG fame. She led the BBOG group, helped bring down Jonathan government for Buhari, but she has been ignored because she was fighting a cause she didn't understand the roots. 1 Like |
