Cococandy come see wetin i jam ooooo. You casn't believe it . A deep fryer (air fryer) that doesn't use oil. I saw it on an "as seen on tv" infomercial. I bought it and it blew me away. It can make almost anything. Steak, chips, wings, and even bake some stuff. Un freaking believable.

wow. That's cool. I believe I've seen an ad for it somewhere before. It's the healthy eater's companion so to say.

Sabudana Kchidi. Indian vegetarian food made from Tapioca. Cooked during fasting but it's great with baked or fried chicken. You can buy Tapioca from an Indian store or get the Nigerian flakes from Shoprite.

How true is this?

A friend of mine visited me so I used microwave to heat up the food I wanted to serve her. She said I shouldn't use microwave again that it causes cancer. And that is why the rich people always die of cancer.

True and not true.

A couple of kids in England did an experiment: they planted 2 bean plants. One was watered with water boiled or regular and the other was watered with microwaved water. The one with regular water grew faster. Nutrionists believe that microwaving does make food lose some nutrients but not enough to make a meal totally unnutritious: beans will still be proteinous, yams will still have enough carbohydrates.
So, can you get cancer from a microwave heating up food by eating said food? No

But microwaves work by emitting some small amounts of radiation. Which is why you probably shouldn't buy an old microwave, as the door may not close well and allow trace amounts of radiation through. So, can you get cancer from standing in front of a microwave that doesn't have a well-sealed door and is constantly on? Probably, very, very hard but there's a small chance.

By the way, we get radiation from a lot of things: the sun, an x-ray etc. You may get cancer much faster by eating processed foods loaded with artificial sweeteners and MSG. So noodles with a bottle of coke daily, your body will break down faster.

And as Climate change gets worse, you may get cancer from being constantly in the Sun. The only reason skin cancer isn't so prevalent in Africa is because God and Nature ensured millions of years ago to keep the skin colour of those close to the equator dark with high melanin. So its best for ladies to stop bleaching or toning (all those chemicals are shutting down kidneys and livers, ladies). And as for men, remember this, the Ozone layer depleted a lot more in our lifetime than in our grandfathers and didn't recover as much. So yeah, your ancestor didn't have cancer doesn't mean jack.

Rich people always seem to die of cancer because the have better access to good healthcare and doctors who can actually diagnose their illnesses.....

....... as opposed to some "other" people that always seem to die from witchcraft related issues...
